The Valet102 Story

During my freshman year at Wayne State University, I worked as a valet attendant. Night after night, I struggled with clunky, outdated applications that made simple tasks frustratingly complex. I watched my colleagues waste precious time fighting with software instead of serving customers.

"Every night, I saw how bad software was costing us time, money, and customer satisfaction. I knew there had to be a better way."

That experience planted a seed. What if valet management software was designed by someone who actually used it? What if we built an application that worked for the users, not against them?

That vision became Valet102. Every feature, every screen, every interaction is informed by real-world experience. We don't guess what valets need—we know, because we've been there. And we're not done. We actively seek feedback from our users and prioritize their requests in our development roadmap.

When you provide your mobile phone number to a valet operator using Valet102, or directly to us through our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us about the valet service and your account.

  • Message types: Transactional valet status notifications (e.g., "Your vehicle is being retrieved," "Your vehicle is ready for pickup") and account or authentication messages (e.g., two-factor authentication codes, password reset codes).
  • Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your use of the service. You may receive multiple messages per valet transaction.
